She also reminded me to setup utilities on time and provided links and contact number which made the whole process so easy and worryfree. Buying a house has loads of steps and is stressful throughout but Dennis and Terri take away most (if not all) of your stress so highly recommend them if you are buying a property in greater seattle area.
